ThemePivora sells 100% digital products (website templates, themes and UI kits). There is no physical shipment, and no shipping fees ever apply.
Digital delivery
All items are delivered electronically. Immediately after your payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal), your download becomes available in two ways:
- A download button on the order confirmation (thank-you) page.
- A confirmation email sent to the address on your order, containing your download link and order number.
- Permanent access from My Account → Downloads while your account is active.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases (typically within a few minutes of a successful payment). Payments that require manual review by Stripe or PayPal may take up to a few hours to clear before your download unlocks.
Did not receive your files?
If your download link does not appear within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will resend your files promptly.

Each product page lists the included file formats and technical requirements (for example the WordPress, Shopify or PHP version needed). Please review these on the demo and product description before purchasing.
